WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
The program is designed for dancers with different levels of experience and is not limited to one particular dance style.
IF YOU’RE JUST STARTING
You’ll learn to understand the mechanics of movement, grounding, body alignment, and coordination — and begin building your technical foundation.
IF YOU ALREADY DANCE
You’ll be able to work more deeply with your body and movement quality: exploring weight transfer, the use of the center, balance, amplitude, and dynamics.
IF YOU DON’T DANCE JAZZ
The principles and tools of jazz technique can be applied to commercial, contemporary, heels, hip-hop, and other dance styles.
The same technical material can serve different purposes depending on your level.

“As a teacher, what matters most to me in dance is the quality of movement. It is what creates the depth, amplitude, ease, and confidence that we notice in a dancer. And behind all of this is work with the body: understanding movement, technique, and attention to detail. This key approach lies at the heart of the entire program.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! We start with an understanding of the basic principles and body preparation, and then gradually move on to technical material.
For a beginner, these exercises help you understand the form and mechanics of movement: where the grounding is, how the center works, how weight is distributed, and how different parts of the body interact with one another.
Yes, because the same technical material can be explored at different depths.

If you’re already familiar with the form of the movements, the focus shifts from “how do I do this?” to questions like “where does the movement begin?”, “where is the weight directed?”, “how does the center work?”, “what is happening with grounding and balance?”

You can use familiar elements as a way to explore the quality of your movement more deeply.
Yes! You don’t have to dance jazz to benefit from the technical material in the program.

Jazz technique, Luigi, and selected Horton principles help you work with the body through grounding, weight, center, coordination, isolations, lines, amplitude, and dynamics.

These skills can be applied to commercial, contemporary, heels, hip-hop, and other styles.
You’ll receive access to the program immediately after purchase.
Yes. The program does not include large choreographic movements that require a dance studio. Most of the material can be practiced at home, as long as you have enough space to move safely.

If you have the opportunity to train in a studio — great, but it is not required.
Yes. All lessons are recorded, so you choose your own schedule and pace.
No. All you need is enough space to train and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
